No matter what, we are at your service every step of the way.
We can offer design suggestions and answer questions regarding the custom Lucchese Classics boot design process. We will work with you to make sure you select the best size for your foot so your custom designed boots will fit and feel great.
Once your order is placed, you will be assigned a personal Design Consultant who will monitor your order and make sure you are kept up to date on the progress. Once your order is in your hands, we are still here to answer any questions you may have.
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the product you purchase and the process of purchasing the product.
