- What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
BigTrailRanch.com offers hundreds of thousands of possible custom Lucchese Classics boot combinations, but it is definitely possible that you have a vision for your boots that scales beyond our sophisticated technology. We have Design Consultants that are here to help you make your vision a reality. - Can I shop over the phone?
Yes. If you would like to order by phone, you can contact a Big Trail Ranch Design Consultant Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time. Live chat and email support are also available.
- Do you have a catalogue?
No. Everything we offer can be purchased through our web site at BigTrailRanch.com or at the Ranch at Texas Rangers Stadium at 1000 Ballpark Way, Suite 314, Arlington, TX
- Can I make a purchase from outside the U.S.?
Yes. You may purchase from an international address. Our phone # for International phone calls is 682-323-4390
- What are your store locations?
We have a design showroom located at The Texas Rangers Stadium at 1000 Ballpark Way, Suite 314, Arlington, TX . Call 1-800-375-9382 to arrange for an appointment or just stop by during business hours.
- Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Buying a Big Trail Ranch gift certificate is quick and easy. (click here for details). A Big Trail Ranch certificate is one of the most unique and creative gifts you can give. Design a boot for your loved one to finalize or just let them do the creative work.
Orders
- How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, you should have received a confirmation # via email or from your Design Consultant on the phone or in person. To check the status of your order, simply login to your account to view the status. Please contact us with any specific questions.
- Will you charge sales tax on my order?
All boots shipped to an address in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. All shipments outside of Texas will not be charged tax.
- Can I return or exchange my purchase?
No. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom orders. Our Design Consultants will work diligently with you to make sure your order is exactly what you expect. If your purchase is a gift for someone, we encourage you to purchase one of our bigtrailranch.com gift cards.
- I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipment notification by email. How can I get another copy?
Call Big Trail Ranch at 1-800-375-9382 Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm Central Standard Time and a Design Consultant will help you get your order confirmation #. Live chat and email support are also available.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Lucchese Classics are crafted by hand in El Paso, TX. A normal turn around time for a custom pair of Lucchese Classics is 12 weeks. If there is hand tooling on your boots, this timeline can increase to 16 weeks. When you place your order online, you will receive a follow-up phone call within 48 hours from a Big Trail Ranch Design Consultant that will be personally to you and your order. Your Design Consultant will go over the details of your order to make sure everything is perfect. During this confirmation, your Design Consultant will update you on when to expect your boots. You can also login to your account to view the status of your order.
Shipping
- What are the shipping costs?
All orders include FREE Domestic Fedex Standard Overnight shipping. Contact us if you have any other special requests.
- Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. When entering your shipping information during checkout, click the checkbox where indicated to indicate that the address you entered is a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. Please note that shipments to APO/FPO Boxes will be shipped using insured US Postal Service. This time in transit can take 2-8 weeks.
- When do you charge a credit card for an order?
We charge your credit card once your order is confirmed with our Design Consultant. This is when your customer order is sent to the Lucchese factory in El Paso, TX to be hand crafted.
- Do you ship to addresses outside the U.S.?
Yes. Big Trail Ranch ships orders to an expanding list of international destinations.
Payment
- Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology so that only we can read a buyer's personal information. Experts actually say that shopping online where there is no human handling of your credit card is actually safer than handing you credit card to a store clerk to make a purchase. Your financial information is immediately encrypted that can only be decrypted by an authorized computer.
- Is it safe to use my debit card on your website?

Please note that if you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. When your order is shipped, your order total will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
